Our combative bootcamp focus on military-style exercises and functional movements. Combining push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups, with krav maga techniques as well as other martial arts movements.
This form of tactical fitness challenges both mental and physical capacity, as all exercises are performed with high intensity while often performing a combative skill with in the same circuit.
